Grad School, in cartoon form :)

My friend, Paul, is hilarious.

Not only is he hilarious, he’s SMART. This guy is a fellow grad student, but he’s pursuing his PhD in physical chemistry (I’m doing organic materials). Don’t ask me what he does. I think it has something to do with lasers. He’s pretty much a genius. But he’ll never say that, because he’s the most modest guy you’ll ever meet.

He writes a killer blog called Electron Café, where he takes complicated science topics and breaks it down for his peers, parents, friends, and curious students to understand, in a fun way. Basically, his blog rocks.

A few days ago he published this gem and I literally cannot stop laughing about it. Whether you’re a fellow grad student or non science friend of mine, I think you’d appreciate this, so I asked Paul permission to share it with you…
(Thanks for letting me share this, Paul!)
