Happy Thanksgiving!

So, so much to be thankful for this holiday season. I’m thankful that my parents decided to drive out west to be here in Colorado this year.
I’m thankful that my whole family loves running, so we went together to the Broomfield Turkey Day 5k. Mom and Dad cheered, took pictures, and were our #1 support crew.
I’m thankful that my knee has been responding really well to the gradual return-to-running program my physical therapist put together. And that my knee didn’t hurt at all for the comfortable, fun 23:30 min 5k.
I’m thankful for the food that’s filling our home with tasty smells.
I’m thankful for the traditions.
I’m thankful my sister and b.i.l. are spending Thanksgiving with my b.i.l.’s family (even though we miss them!). I’m thankful for my friends and family and health. So very thankful.

May your Thanksgivings be full of family, food, and football! Happy Thanksgiving to you all!
