Yesterday was my “in between” day, which means I didn’t go for my little jog/walk thing. This morning was my on day so, I got up, laced up my running shoes, foam-rolled like a pro, then hit the pavement.
This week I’m allowed to jog for 10 mins, walk for 2, jog for 10, walk for 2. So I did just that. It feels good to get out there and run again, but 10 minutes almost isn’t enough to even break a sweat. I’m excited for next week’s “longer” 15 minute runs but I’m still nervous my knee will act up. Slowly, slowly, slowly. Gotta stay patient.
I’m sorry I’ve been slacking a bit on blogging. Grad school has been busy. I went up to Ft. Collins to work with a research group at CSU earlier this week, which was super productive but I’ve got a lot of work cut out for me the next few weeks. So much to do, so little time before Thanksgiving break!
