Camping in Rocky Mtn National Forest

Sunday-Tuesday I was in the woods camping just outside of Estes park. We didn’t want to pay $20/night for a cookie-cutter camp site (nor did we want restrooms, running water, or people anywhere within earshot), so we camped in the National Forest just south of the Rocky Mountain National Park.

We hiked on Sunday and Monday and the weather was pretty great all 3 days I was there. More than the great weather, I had some great company. These are some quality folks and I’m very lucky to have them in my life.

Camping is the best. Couldn’t be a better way to hang out and spend some quality bonding time!
